Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Wrong Item Received: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or we will issue a refund as appropriate.

Size and Fit: We provide detailed sizing information on our website to help you choose the right size. If you receive an item that doesn't fit as expected, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Please refer to our sizing chart page on our website for guidance.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items other than those mentioned above, including but not limited to:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without their original tags and packaging.
Clearance or final sale items.


Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time frame, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled as it may have already been processed for shipment.
